Hello, We are the Avila’s, a large blended family to include six children! We were introduced to chef it up while living in Nutley, NJ. The fun and excitement our children experienced made us fall in love with the concept of Chef It Up. We have now relocated to the Sunshine State, and while looking for a place to host our daughter's birthday parties, we found ourselves trying to find a Chef It Up experience here in Florida. The closest Chef It Up was over two hours away. At that point we got the great idea to join the Chef It Up family by beginning with our Chef It Up 2 Go travel team. We are thrilled the company is 100% peanut and tree nut free and very food allergy aware so everyone can participate! We offer amazing programs from after school and morning enrichment programs, to summer camps, cooking battles, birthday parties, the fun is endless! We supply everything needed and you just supply the tables, chairs, and chefs! We look forward to bringing out the CHEF in YOU!

COOKING CLASSES/ ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
SCHOOL ENRICHMENT - Chef It Up 2 Go is a hands-on cooking class where we use creativity to make fun delicious menu items. From fresh pasta to cupcake decorating kids will have a blast all while learning and preparing and assembling fun foods and drinks. We will teach kids basic cooking skills and techniques such as chopping, mixing, measuring, muddling, rolling all while keeping it entertaining! We will also be teaching kids food safety, knife safety and allergy awareness. These are all life skills that they are learning and will increase their love for cooking! We take great pride in knowing that our classes are fun, safe, educational, creative and inclusive! All products are always 100% peanut & tree nut free. Please be sure to read our Food Allergy Statement on our website. Chef It Up 2 Go offers continuous 4-10 week sessions throughout the school year which follow the counties schedules. These classes are on location at your child’s school and if no oven is readily available we will prepare all items as make, take and bake at home. WORKSHOPS, WALK-INS & FUNDRAISERS
Our workshops are a huge hit! We have 1 hour; 90min. and 2 hour workshops where kids can really get cooking and prepare some delicious foods and drinks to enjoy in class or even take home and bake up with instructions! Workshops are conducted once a month or seasonally too! Let us know when you want your workshop and we will send you some deliciously cool options! Some ideas for a fun workshop are:

FUNDRAISERS
Chef It Up kits! Our fundraiser kits can be customized for a specific theme or season and we have many options to choose! Chef It Up does it all from start to finish and all the school/organization needs to do is promote!
ADULTS / TEAM BUILDING EVENTS
We plan your adult event from start to finish with Chef It Up 2 Go! Great for corporations, themed nights, get togethers and family fun! Let us plan your next event and make it a recipe for success! Just like our kid parties, you provide the tables and chairs and let Chef It Up 2 Go provide the rest! From homemade ravioli/pasta making to beating the clock in a Cupcake Battle or even wowing the crowd with a Rockin’ Cocktail we make sure you and your guests have a great time! Adult events are 2 hours and are very entertaining.
